Metal Gear Solid 4 Perfect Stealth Speedrun [EXTREME] (Old WR)

Yes, I do deliberately trigger an investigation at kick-off in order to skip the very first scripted in-game cutscene.

The goal for this challenge is to complete all 5 acts as quickly as possible acquiring 0 alerts, 0 detections, 0 disturbances, and 0 traces from the enemies, PMC, the militia, or the rebels. Although speed is still the goal of this run, Stealth is not only the priority but the prerequisite. You must not only never trigger "ALERT" phase but you must not be seen, heard, or sensed at all ; hence where it gets it's nickname "Ghost" or "Traceless".

Although it is a NEW GAME+ run, I set other rules on myself for the fun of the challenge which included No special items i.e. Stealth Camouflague or Bandana and no Solar Gun.

The only step up from here with this challenge would be to complete it on NEW GAME; Which all things considered, would essentially only mean a harder/slower Act 2 and 3 B&B boss encounter that would require picking up a few extra weapons/items I left behind but very well could've grabbed along the way running this route. So with that being said...
