Welcome to episode 194 of the Commander's Guild: "Summon Uncle Istvan" Every week I go to scryfall.com and randomly select a card, making a budget (under $100) commander deck around it and showcasing a gameplay video of the deck. This week I'm joined by Cole, Jason, and Cow.

This week's random card is Uncle Istvan and he's also the commander (yes, I know he's not legendary but we do what we want here). Ever wanted a mono-black human/voltron/sacrifice deck? If you answered yes to any of those options then, boy do I have the deck for you.
