We are definitely putting in the effort to make this custom home build spectacular. In this episode we are framing the first and second floors. This includes the steel beams going into the center of the home so that we can build the cantilever deck on both floors. Having an open home means sometimes you get some vandalism, so we had to take a few precautions to keep our items safe. Luckily, we had no theft, just some lovely spray paint. Personally, I think our floor plan is pretty amazing actually! You will see what that means when you watch the video.
As you can see, the home is starting to show the amazing views it will have. What a beautiful setting to build a home. But follow along so you learn what it takes to build in the future amenities in the framing stage so that you keep the finishing stages clean and beautiful.
