In this week’s Tuesday Talk, I share honestly about feeling “blah” in midlife. Not sick or sad, just low energy, low motivation, and worn down, even while walking, eating fairly well, and taking supplements.
What I realized is this: my body wasn’t failing… it was talking. And I needed to slow down enough to listen.
