As a yoga teacher, my intentions are to help my students develop a relationship with their subtle inner world. I know each of us have a unique gift to share. Yoga helps to awaken and to harness that power that lies dormant within. I intend to empower and equip students with wisdom and technique to create the world they know in their hearts is possible.
