Bowen Technique Home Exercise #3. This home exercise helps a psoas muscle imbalance which can often be the cause of lower back or hip problems. This can be done after Bowen Technique treatment to reinforce the treatment, or as a stand-alone exercise.
When squeezing and lifting the legs, it is helpful to breath out and focus on the core muscles as they support the lower back (familiar for those who do Pilates regularly).
