Instant Cappuccino / Mochaccino Mix | Just Add Hot Water

It's creamy and rich, with a bit of background spice, and can be customized to your liking. For a "mochaccino," just add the chocolate drink mix. Use regular or decaf instant coffee granules. For more of a caffeine boost, sub espresso powder. Coconut milk powder can be swapped out for the instant milk. And for those of you watching your sugar, just use monk fruit or another sweetener. Cappuccino / Mochaccino Mix
Mix the following ingredients, then add to a pint jar:
1/3 cup non-dairy powdered creamer (like Cremora or Coffeemate)
1/3 cup chocolate drink mix (like Nesquik), optional
1/2 cup instant milk powder or powdered coconut milk
1/3 cup powdered sugar or the equivalent sugar substitute
1/4 cup instant coffee granules, powdered in a spice grinder (regular or decaf)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp vanilla powder, optional

To Prepare:
Add a few spoonfuls of mix to hot water and stir well. Enjoy!
(I like at least 4 Tbsp mix for 8 oz hot water. Yum! I also like to add an extra spoonful of my hot chocolate mix sometimes or a splash of my homemade vanilla coffee creamer... Mmmm!)
