This year I started being more intentional with my fitness and socialising which is one of the main reasons why I joined Better Than You. They have really helped a girl stay consistent and disciplined when it comes to running, plussss pushing me to be better than I came, see what I did there lol. Without the team I don't think I would have ran my first half-marathon this year and stepped out my shell, phela I'm a shy girl.
