YOGA PRACTICE
Cultivate inner peace and self-love through meditation and pranayama breathwork. Integrate breath and movement to create a dynamic hatha vinyasa flow. Learn to fly with 2x week aerial yoga. Build strength and flexibility to balance the body and mind.

ANALYTICS
Analyze the form and function of key poses from each category of asana. Learn about their common foundation and how to build upon that in order to achieve correct alignment and technique, advanced poses, and modifications for different levels, styles and needs.

WORKSHOPS
Special workshops may include acroyoga, yin yoga, yoga for injuries, hands on adjustments, transitions, sequencing, ashtanga, class design, prenatal yoga, mantra singing, Hinduism, advanced pranayama and meditation techniques, working with props and more.

TEACHING PRACTICE
Practice teaching everyday and design and teach a complete 75 min class each week. Learn teaching skills, cueing, sequencing, corrections and adjustments. Receive detailed feedback to grow and develop into a competent instructor.

ANATOMY
Gain a deeper understanding of bodily systems, structures and principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. See how specific muscles respond to the movements of the joints with biomechanics; how alterations of a pose can enhance or reduce effectiveness; how the spine, breathing and body positions are all fundamentally linked.

PHILOSOPHY
Discover your true self and deeper nature of reality through the sacred wisdom of ancient yogic philosophy. Learn to apply these lessons in the real world to cultivate a holistic lifestyle. Topics include the vedas, yoga sutras, Bhagavad Gita, 8 limbs, nature of self/soul, nadis, chakras, consciousness, karma, gunas, ego, tantra and more.

ONLINE STUDIES
This course includes online studies, which you must complete before your arrival. You will receive video modules and readings covering all topics, plus optional daily live zoom classes where you can ask questions and connect with students and instructors.

LOCATION
Uluwatu is the most beautiful part of Bali with stunning temples, limestone cliffs, turquoise waters and endless beaches for surfing. This course takes place at One Degree Sunset Hill, which has a stunning ocean view shala just 5 min from Bingin and Dreamland beach.

SAUNA
This course includes one trip to the Istana for detox. Purge your body of lethal toxins in the steam sauna, finnish sauna and infrared sauna. Boost your immune system with a rejuvenating ice bath. Stargaze around the bonfire.

ULU YOGA
ULU stands for Universal Love and Understanding. Since 2014, ULU Yoga has led over 200 Teacher Trainings in Thailand, Bali and online.

CERTIFICATE
ULU Yoga is a Yoga Alliance RYS-200/300/500-Hour. Upon successfully completing this course you will receive a 300 Hour Certificate of Completion. If you have already completed a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr YTT, then you can also register this course and become a RYT-500.
