We were in Trivandrum a day before his Trivandrum style wedding, and got a chance to cover the cooking process of Trivandrum Sadhya.

Sadhya is famous in Kerala, but the truth is that from south to north of Kerala, we have different styles of sadhya. This one is Trivandrum style sadhya with 21+ curries and 5 payasams + pappad, pickle, and more. To prepare a sadhya for 2000 people 20 people worked through the night for almost 15 hours.
