500g Silesian sausages
300g smoked bacon
2 large onions
4-5 bell peppers
5 mushrooms
3-5 cloves garlic
5 medium tomatoes or 2 cans of tomatoes
1 zucchini (optional)
1 beef stock cube
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 level teaspoon salt or to taste
ground pepper to taste
Fry the bacon and sausage until browned, but do not burn. Add the onion and garlic towards the end and sauté with the meat, being careful not to burn it. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat until cooked through.
