Monobread embarks on some peeled research, this time without a guest... or is it? As they say, you need to break a few eggs to make a great video, so we're pulling out all the stops for this season finale!

I substituted out the butter, but I'd recommend leaving it in. Also, add all the eggs at once.

I used the recipe for the pattern, adding a bit of matcha.

Protip: When first whipping the cream, whip only until it's thickened up a bit... like the recipe says.
