5 Workout Recovery Tips To BUILD MUSCLE Faster (HOW DO YOU RECOVER?)

Описание: If you want to build muscle faster, then you need to prioritize recovery. In today’s video I’ll show you a few tips for how to recover better and build muscle faster, with 5 workout recovery tips.

Don’t take recovery lightly! The last thing you want to do is work hard in the gym and feel like you are building muscle, but in reality…you are not getting optimal results because you are not recovering properly.

When you workout, you are breaking down your muscle fibers. The key to growing the muscle from your workouts comes from outside the gym as well.

Here are the 5 workout recovery tips to build muscle faster:

Tip #1: UP YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE. At least 1 gram per pound of body weight. Try to get 30 grams in every meal at least and start making your snacks protein-rich as well.

Tip #2: TRY TAKING CREATINE. One of the best muscle recovery supplements there is. Tested and proven. 5 grams per day.

Tip #3: POST WORKOUT STRETCHING. Dynamic stretching is great prior to a workout. However, static stretching is great for after a workout. Focus on only stretching the muscles that you worked in the workout.

Tip #4: ACTIVE RECOVERY. Even if you are not working out, you are doing some daily activity that moves your body. This will help speed up the recovery process, with doing some light activity on your rest days.

Tip #5: PRIORITIZE SLEEP. Your muscles repair while you sleep. It releases recovery hormones to help you feel recovered the next day and ready for your next workout session.
