Garlic Pepper Ground Beef with Mushroom, i made the classic garlic pepper beef recipe using ground beef. Easy and delicious to cook, must try this.
Ingredients:
400 grams ground beef
1 bulb garlic
for the beef:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
1 tbsp ground black pepper
for the gravy:
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup water
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 canned sliced mushroom
1 tbsp toasted garlic
1 tsp liquid seasoning
*spring onion for garnish
*serve with white rice
