Joe Tilman is a mentor for those seeking hair restoration. He has been in the field for many years and analyzes doctor's hair transplant work and guides patients with hair transplant questions and concerns. In this video,Joe Tillman analyzes several of Dr. Sean's clients.

Case 1 is a korean gentleman with a class 2 hairloss. This is a very common hair loss pattern. Dr. Sean performed 2,450 grafts at the hairline. Notice the naturalness and the densitiy, as well as how nicely it frames the face. Important key things to realize is the age appropriateness, and the appropriate framing of the face and the natural hairlines. The natural hairline is designed methodically by placing the single hair follicles at the hair line at a zig-zag fashion, followed by grafts with 2 hairs and 3 hairs, FUE was used in this case. Dr. Sean combs through the hair and also shows how natural the hairline is.

Case 2, This is a gentleman with a class 7 hairloss who had over 7,000 grafts. Dr. Sean shows in the video of how natural and dense the transplant looks. Dr. Sean also show the donor area and how nice, even, non-patchy the donor area is.

Client 3 is a transition case with a feminine hairline. 5,100 grafts were placed over a 2-day period. Procedure was done via FUE, results are just after 7 months. Dr. Sean combs through the hair to demonstrate the naturalness and the density as well. He also shows the donor area with very minimal scarring.

Client 4 is a gentleman with a class 2 hair loss. 2,400 grafts were placed at the hairline. Please notice the naturalness and the nice density. Notice how the transplanted hair naturally blends with his natural hair. The hairline looks extremely natural and it blends in with the facial features very nicely.

Client 5 is a crown case. Dr. Sean demonstrates how this procedure was performed. 2,550 grafts were placed at the crown. Notice how the hairs naturally come out from the cowlick and cover the crown well. Direction and angulation are extremely important for crown cases.

Case 6 is a class 2 hairline. Notice the naturalness of the hairline itself. as well as the density. He also performs a comb-through to highlight how dense it is and how nicely it frames the client's face. This procedure was also done via FUE.

Case 7 is a repair case of a gentleman with a prior poorly performed hair transplant. Dr. Sean did a repair and please notice how natural the hairline has become with increased density and with the nice framing of the face, natural, and very age-appropriate.

Case 8 is an african-american client with a class 2 with 1,932 grafts. Dr. Sean also demonstrates how the graft quality looks after FUE extraction. Please notice the results at 7 months, the nice natural waves along with the nice framing of the face. Dr. Sean also performs a comb-through, please notice the nice density.

All these works were performed by Dr. Sean Behnam. Dr. Sean only specializes in hair restoration. He performs only 1 hair transplant case a day to fully focus on each and every client. He performs all the extractions as well as all the site creations and angles. He does not use simple placing. All the placings are performed via use of implanters to increase graft survivability. He uses extra small punches to ensure veryy minimal scarring in the donor area.
