Very Conservative Hairline Design, large hair loss area with limited Donor. FUE hair transplant

Описание: This is a great example of a FUE hair transplant in someone with currently class4 ( future class 6) hair loss, with limited donor hairs. The hairline is set very conservatively, but still looks amazingly natural and dense and frames his fames very well. Dr. Sean Behnam designed his hairline, did all the graft extraction and site creation. The hairline is designed in diamond shaped pattern that is EXTREMELY natural and age appropriate as one gets older. Importantly, the transplanted hairs sit very nicely, natural. The key is naturalness, fullness and age appropriate framing of the face.

Dr Behnam performs DHI (Direct hair Implantation) so the hairs are implanted immediately.

Hairline hair restoration is a delicate process. Hair follicles are composed of grafts with one hair, two hairs and three hairs. The grafts with one hair are placed at the hairline to create the naturalness. However too many single hair follicles at the hairline creates too much see through. Over the past many years, I have learned that you don't need too many single hair follicles. Rather, just one row of singles is enough to create naturalness and sufficient enough to preserve the density. What people are concerned about whether FUT or FUE procedure is naturalness and density.

With Follicular Unit extraction (FUE), we can get a lot of three hairs to create adequate density. With the FUT procedure, sometimes we double up some ones and twos to make threes to create density. With either procedure, FUE or FUT, I use about 100 singles to create the hairline. Also this depends on the shape of the hairline and how wide the hairline is.
