• 12-16 ounces ground meat (Lamb, chicken, turkey, beef, veggie crumbles)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2 Garlic Cloves minced
• ¼ cup chopped Parsley (or Cilantro)
• 1 teaspoon Salt and Black Pepper or to taste
• ½ package spring roll wrappers or phyllo dough
