DANCER LOWER BODY WORKOUT | Bodyweight Burn!
Hey guys, I hope you enjoy this #LowerBody #DancerWorkout! As you could tell by the end, my entire lower body was on fire, let me know how you went in the comments below!
We have 10 different exercises, which will be repeated once, to make 20 altogether. The timer is on for 50 secs of work with a 10 sec rest. I will be using a yoga block to increase my range of motion, but you could always use a thick book instead, or go without, the yoga block is optional!
