In today's video, I am trying out a new recipe from the book, "The Complete Guide to Pressure Canning" by Diane Devereaux. I'll be canning her recipe for Carrot Soup, but I'm halving the recipe.
I really enjoyed this soup! We were able to get 3 quarts from this recipe with a tiny amount left over (which I used with some tomato sauce to make dinner on this night - just a simple meat sauce and pasta).
