Butter cake 250g
butter 250g
Sugar 250g
All Purpose Flour 259g
Eggs 4-5
Baking powder 2tsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Banana essence 2drops


Rich cake mix👇

Black dry grapes 300g
Golden dry grapes 100g
Cranberries 200g
Candied ginger 100g
Orange peel 100g
Lemon peel 100g
Cashew nuts 100g
Mix fruits 150g
Jam 100g
Honey 100ml
Golden Syrup 100ml

Spices :
Cardomom 10
Cinnamon 3 pieces
Cloves 10

Alcohols :
Whiskey / Rhum / Wine 125ml

You can let the mix soak between 3 day and 3 months but you must mix every day with a dry spoon .
