Honey - 1 cup ( around 250ml)
Raisins & dried cranberries - 250g

Walnut - 100g
Almonds - 100g
Cashew nuts - 200g
Mixed peel - 200g
Mixed jam (strawberry & raspberry)- 600g
Golden syrup - 375 ml
Glace cherries - 200g
Brandy - 125ml
Wine - 550ml
Cinnamon stick pieces - 4
Cardamom pods - around 10
Clove - around 10
Butter - 350g
Semolina - 250g
Brown sugar - 250g
Egg yolk - 12
Rose water - 2½ teaspoons
Vanilla essence - 3 teaspoon
Grease proof paper
Wrapping paper
Clear wrapping paper
