Emotions all have a purpose, and the purpose of anger is to motivate you to act. To change something. To DO something. But, anger can also cloud our judgement and keep us from making decision that serve us in the long-term. It is also there to try and defend and protect us and can just push us too far. This meditation is designed to help you deal with your feelings of anger so you can make decisions from it as clearly as possible.
