All you need to do is to blend five ingredients together, serve in your favorite glass and refrigerate for an hour. The flavor and the texture are so close to a classic pudding. The only difference is that this one contains good for you ingredients, like fruit, cacao and chia seeds. Also, there is no cane sugar in this pudding. The sweetness comes from the bananas and some maple syrup.
