The boarding process was done very efficiently although the passengers boarded through staircase.

The cabin ambience was excellent with clean restroom and well stocked amenities. The legroom was pretty fine as it is a low cost standard and the flying time was less than 3 hours.

The cabin crew really looked after the passengers with care. A truly Malaysian Hospitality. The in flight meal was indeed delicious where i opted for Uncle Chin's Famous Chicken Rice.

We landed on time in KLIA 2 and it was one of the smoothest landing i have experienced ever! Great Job, Air Asia. You deserve to be the World's best low cost airline!
