193 - Twin City Model Railroad Museum - Many Layouts and Scales - 2024 Video Compilation - Part 14

Описание: This video is a compilation of a number of videos on YouTube about the Twin City Model Railroad Museum.
The Museum has the famous O Scale Layout, but also many has other Model Railroad Layouts in many different scales and sizes.

Some of these are shown in the video.
This video shows the 2 rail O Scale and goes on to Lionel 3 rail and on to HO and N Scales - the smallest Scales which are located in the Mine-sota Gallery of the Museum.

N Scale is 1/160 th of the real ones and HO is 1/87th scale.
O Scale and Lionel are 1/48th and G Gauge (Garden Gauge) is 1/32nd to 1/24th.

The LEGO group at the Museum has even created a new very very small scale - we call it A Scale - 1/378th named after Adam who is member of the group.
A Display is located at the front of the Museum.

The Regular Museum hours are

Saturday 10AM – 5 PM
Sunday 12 PM – 5 PM

SPOOKY TRAINS runs during October 2024 for Halloween.

NIGHT TRAINS
Night Trains will run on special days in 2024 - please check the website

Other Special Events - Circus Trains, Military Trains (Memorial Day), Spooky Trains (Halloween) and Holiday Trains are run at different times during the year.

The Twin City Model Railroad Museum has many of different types of trains, buildings and other models – of all sizes - including:

Standard Gauge -1/32nd
O Scale – 1/48th - Lionel Trains
LEGO Gauge - approx. 1/50th
S Scale – 1/64th – American Flyer Trains
OO Scale 1/72nd
HO Scale – 1/87th
OOO Scale - 1/152nd
N Scale 1/ 160th
Z scale – 1/220th.
Toy trains are also represented from different manufacturers including:

There are also exhibits that show the various scales side by side - for comparision - inlcuding the International Train Display at the rear of the Museum.

The Children's Area has many different layouts for the girls and boys to operate as well as work tables where they can create and build models and run wooden trains. There is a LEGO Work Area and Thomas the Tank Trains to run as well.
