Mudra to release emotions

This mudra (hand gesture) is very helpful when we feel like we have a lot of emotions swirling around inside us. In Sanskrit it is called the Granthita mudra, which means the knot-releasing mudra. It is soothing and calming - the image of allowing our emotions to be untangled and released can help us to let go. The affirmations we can use with the mudra add to its effect.
