The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind arrives at Vijay Chowk in the ceremonial motorcade and is received by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. The Vice President, M Venkaiah Naidu is also in attendance at the function.
