The recipe I am sharing with you today is a restaurant style maash dal recipe.
This spicy mash dal ( masalaydar maash ki daal) is very easy to make and is also very delicious to eat. This dal is prepared exactly the way mash dal is made in a dhaba. You can eat mash dal with hot chapati, must try it once.
The ingredients from which maash dal is prepared are as follows:
Maash dal, salt, turmeric, water
For masala:
Oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, green chillies, yogurt, water, ginger ( julian), hot spice powder
