Today I have shared with you the recipe of white bean ( lobia ) , as it is made in a dhaba or hotel, this white bean is prepared by me.Be it hot or cold in any season you can make lobia ( white beans ) like this and eat it with hot chapatis you will enjoy it and you will love this recipe.
Following are the ingredients of spicy white beans or masalaydar sufaid lobia :
Ingredients for Boiling Beans:
White beans ( sufaid lobia ), water, salt
Ingredients for masala:
White beans ( sufaid lobia ), oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, roasted crushed cumin, cinemon stick, dry fennugreek, black pepper, water, green chillie
