How to make bread machine Sourdough Sandwich bread using sourdough discard & your breadmaker

In this video, I show you how I make my homemade sourdough sandwich bread using my bread machine.
Ingredients:
-57-113 grams of water (lukewarm, not cold)
-25 grams of Extra virgin olive oil
-454 grams of sourdough discard
-300 grams of bread flour (unbleached)
-9 grams of sugar
-9 grams of sale
-2 teaspoons of yeast
(make a hole in the top of the flour to place the yeast. The bread machine will let the mix "rest" for a bit & you don't want the yeast saturated right away)
Place ingredients from wet to dry (in the above order), select your desired bake setting, & approx 3 hours later you will have fresh, delicious bread.
I make this loaf 2-3 times per week. Makes great toast!
