NC500 Part 6, Ben Nevis Cable Cars, Glenn Finnan Viaduct, Mossbank Croft Campsite

Описание: Day 11, flying by. No signal for 36 hours. First train wasn't until 7 o'clock. Golden Cow local lager. Shut up door. Low cloud, warm and birds are tweeting in the background. Making our way to Arisaig, close to the Glenn Finnan viaduct. And via Fort William. Motorhome is dirty, terrible. We have no electric but cook 2 pain au chocolate in the air fryer. Solar is brilliant. We went through a tunnel. Everyday you go out, Scotland doesn't disappoint. West coast is phenomenal, spectacular. Skye and Local Ash. Train is coming, no it's a van, stupid. Sheer vastness of the height of the mountains. Now off the NC500. Landscape seems bigger here than on the 500. Heading to Fort William. Stopped to talk to a man playing his bag pipes. Absolutely brilliant. The best things aren't planned. Few more bikes today. Denmark, Belgium and German. Scotland we will be back. Cable cars at Ben Nevis. Women near the door, for a soft landing. Biker riding down the mountain. Really enjoyed it. Skin on chips, hot chocolate, latte and shortbread biscuits in the restaurant. View and a half. Swaying a bit going down. Brilliant. Then to Harry Potter train, at the viaduct for 3.15pm. Good but very quick. 2 more dear. Challenging roads. Scenery still lovely. Moss Bank Croft campsite.
