Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi 103 Long Form - Section 1 - Practice 3 times in a row and get a very special feeling
This Tai Chi class focuses on the traditional Yang family forms. Students will learn a new movement during each class and continue to build on it until they have learned the whole form. This class will provide plenty of opportunities to practice, flow, and move continuously while repeating portions of the form so that the students can build an at-home practice. This class is designed for students looking to take their practice to the next level or want more practice each week. Students with their cameras on will receive direct feedback from the teacher.
