Описание: An "almost summer" sequence featuring one of my favorite back bends. Also look for Pasasana (noose pose) to warm up for the deeper backbend. Mantras: Heart forward and up, stabilize through the legs and pelvis (sthiti) and settle into a smooth, even breath. Backbends when practiced with discretion and fluency become soothing and nourishing!
