ELFs can be powerful but the difference they make is not reasonable to the cost. So you should avoid them until you are in the end-game and don't have valkyries and gear you want to pull on certain teams.
BTW sorry if the music is loud or my voice has mixed volume, I noticed it after re-watch, but this video took forever to render... I have put english subtitles so it will help if you can't hear or understand me. I'm trying to get better so hopefully it won't be so bad next time.
