Though I always have to think if it really helped even one person understand, I'm happy enough.

For genshin folks there is no such thing as snapshotting in this game.

There's a lot of special things about impair I forgot to mention. The most important is that it does not stack(They replace, other than HoS ult which overrides all). I could go more in depth if needed... Breach on the other hand, does stack, and you will just add it together and subtract it from the enemy resistance.
