📣 A PHYSIQUE TO BE PROUD OF consists of TWO parts: 📣
It looks good
It feels good.
Most programs prioritize one of these two parts while leaving the other somewhere far off in the background.
This is s snapshot of Coach Karol Magracia and I blasting out a Whole Fitness workout that prioritizes looking and feeling good.
Here's how:
✅ Big prime mover Macro Lift first- the Deadlifts to begin this circuit ask the most out of our big fast-twitch butt and hamstring muscles.
✅ The burpee box jumps jack the heart rate up even further to build cardio endurance and to demand those big butt and leg muscles give us a little bit more.
✅ Last but definitely not least- the Liberty Lunges finish off the circuit to challenge the leftover (primarily slow-twitch) muscles of the legs to move functionally with the alternating arm as it presses into a slow full body lunge.
Shoot for 3-10 reps Deadlift, 8-15 reps burpee box jumps, and 6-burnout for the lunges. 🤓
