Meat-based protein is more anabolic by nature and it's going to promote more growth in the body.
That's actually why studies have found that overdoing meat-based protein may increase your risk of cancer since this growth also applies to cancer cells in the body.
By no means am I saying that plant-based proteins are inferior to meat, but I want you to understand the differences and how they affect the body in different ways.
