Some businesses are catching on to the fact that we want them to be doing better, but a select few are really killing it when it comes to delivering a good experience while having minimal impact on the planet.

In this video I’m taking you to Cub, a restaurant in Hoxton, East London that is quite literally putting their money where their mouth is, and instead of talking about “being green”, they’re actually doing it. They produce practically zero waste (a first in the restaurant industry) and are champions of using every single part of every ingredient that arrives in their kitchen or bar.
