LEG Workout (Short but intense and high volume!!)
1) Leg Extensions 2x100 (warmup with 30 reps)
2) Wide Squats 3x20 (include intensity techniques such as pause reps)
superset with Step-ups with kickbacks 3x15
3) Hak Squat single leg 1x20 each side
4) Hak Squat 2x20 (include intensity techniques such as pause reps)
