GST Tip 2192 : CBIC Circular 253/10/2025: ITC Reversal Certificate Dropped for Discounts

Описание: Big GST update on Post-Sale Discounts! CBIC has issued a fresh clarification that the certificate from the recipient for ITC reversal (linked to discounts under Section 15(3)(b)(ii) of the CGST Act) is no longer a mandatory condition. This new circular also withdraws the earlier Circular 212/06/2024-GST (26.06.2024).
