SEE YOUR GROW began with my journey, between the years of 2006 and 2008, I went through a tremendous personal growth journey and I was very passionate about helping others grow into their full potential. I was asked to create an incentive program for the department I was working in and I made a scoreboard with everyone’s name on it. Everyone started with a seed and for every milestone they achieved their seed would grow and by the end of the incentive they have grown personally and professionally – which was another part of the journey.

When I was thinking about my logo, I originally wanted something with eyes overlooking a landscape of greenery, why because I have been told that people are captivated by my eyes, or that my eyes say a lot to other people and my real name “Mattia” is the symbol for warding off evil.🌟🔍

I met up with a Marketing friend of mine, and it turned out that she needed some personal development coaching and I needed some marketing help, so a business deal was made. She entertained my ideas about my logo, and she came back to me with some mock-ups, at first I loved it and then it creeped me out. So she asked if she could create something for me and that is when my LOGO was born – THANK YOU EMILIA!! She turned the Y into the tree and I always loved the colors blue and green – I later found out that BLUE is a trusted brand color (FB, LI, ZOOM, SCHOOLS, etc..) During the Pandemic, I went through another branding change, where another super smart friend of mine GIO revitalized by brand by adding my signature and then 2 years after that, I changed my brand colors because I wanted to appeal to a different audience.

Renee and I met at a Networking Event and we immediately hit it off! I am very excited about this live interview because I am a huge FAN of all that REnees does! Looking back, Renée has always loved performing, playing piano, singing, and impersonating others. Impersonating her boss for colleagues, when she worked in corporate, was her personal favorite! Coming from very corporate parents, she followed suit for some time. She became an accountant and worked for 2 of the big four and one mid-size firm. In recognition of her love for entrepreneurship, she started a bookkeeping firm. Yet somehow part of her continued to feel like a square peg in a round hole.

Long story short, one day she ran into a friend of the family. She had also left the corporate world and become a voice actor. She and her colleague agreed to help and point Renée in the right direction if she was seriously interested in giving this a try. Well, that was all she needed to hear. At that very moment, she decided to give this a shot! And guess what? She loves it! She found something that excites her, motivates her, and pushes her to give my very best every time.
