Description - You ARE Bulking & Cutting WRONG! - To build muscle we must eat more calories and bulk up. To lose body fat we must eat fewer calories better known as cutting. The trouble is almost all of you are bulking and cutting wrong. Most people will tell you to bulk for 6-9 months of the year to build muscle. That's ok but the issue is that you'll gain a lot of body fat in the process. Not only will it take time to lose that body fat it also means you'll be out of shape for half the year. That's why I recommend a mini cut and mini-bulk or micro bulking and micro-cutting.
