Unleash the power of "mini-cuts" to gain muscle faster! Using mini cuts in the middle of a bulking cycle is a powerful lean bulking tip that I recommend everyone implement.

A "mini cut" is simply a very short and intense cutting period lasting anywhere from 1-4 weeks that will allow you to lose the maximum amount of body fat without causing any metabolic damage.

This means that you can blast away a bunch of fat and spend more time in a calorie surplus without letting your body fat levels get out of hand.

How long should your mini cut be? You should make sure you don’t exceed 4 weeks on the mini cut or you risk causing metabolic damage in the form of a sluggish metabolism.

What about calories on a mini cut? If you are following a lean bulking diet you should take your body weight and multiply it by 10 or 12 on a mini cutting diet. Obviously taking your bodyweight x 10 will result in the maximum amount of fat lost but could be too intense for some guys.
