This 25 minute full body pilates workout uses a pilates ball and light hand weights to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe.
Expect slow, controlled movements that build strength, stability and that signature pilates burn.
In this video I use a pilates ball and a light set of dumbbells (I'm using 2kgs)
Perfect if you want a quick but effective full body workout at home.
