Описание: Welcome to this 40-minute full body Pilates inspired class, designed to be intentionally slow, controlled, and quietly intense.

This session places strong emphasis on form, precision, and quality of movement. We move with purpose, taking our time in each exercise to build deep strength and awareness. Slower doesn’t mean easier, expect sustained work and focused effort throughout.

I use a Pilates ball in many of the exercises to add feedback and challenge, but everything can be modified if you don’t have one. You can substitute with a cushion or simply work without it.

The class stays entirely on the mat until the very end, where we finish with some standing squats to integrate the work into a functional, grounded position.

As always, move at your own pace, rest when needed, and prioritise control over speed.

All you need is a mat, your ball (optional), and a little space to move.

Hi there! I'm Gabriella - Welcome to my online Studio! I am a qualified fitness professional with a special focus on barre, pilates, and all things in between! My classes are designed for people of all ages, abilities & genders, there will always be modifications if you are looking to move more gently or there will be progressions if you want to power up! My goal is for you to finish each session feeling a little calmer, and a little stronger than when you arrived!
