On the occasion of the great festival of Nepalis, Diwali, we have tried to show some special glimpses of the organic festival through video. Today, we have tried to give you a glimpse of the old festival by making cucumber pickle and Selroti. For the festival, we have made pickles from the cucumbers in the old-fashioned way, and we have made selroti bread by grinding rice flour in a traditional wooden grander called Dhiki.
KanchhiKitchen Channel is the first Village Cooking Channel in Nepal. Through this channel, we show the dishes of different villages as well as famous recipes in the country and abroad by making videos using our local style and local goods.
