Continuing with our honeymoon series. This time we're in Greece, and Moussaka will be the dish of the day.

羊肉 For the lamb:
免治羊肉400克 - 400g of minced lamb
洋蔥半個 - half an onion
蒜頭3個切碎 - 3 cloves of garlic
鹽1茶匙 - 1tsp of salt
肉桂粉半茶匙 - half tsp of ground cinnamon
番茄醬2大匙 - 2tbsp of tomato ketchup
雞或牛肉湯200毫升 - 200ml of chicken or beef stock
香芹葉適量 - handful of parsley
薯仔和茄子 For the potatoes and aubergine:
中薯2個 - 2 medium potatoes
中茄子2個 - 2 medium aubergines
鹽適量 - salt to taste
白汁 For the white sauce:
牛油100克 - 100g of butter
中筋麵粉100克 - 100g of plain flour
牛奶700毫升 - 700ml of milk
鹽1茶匙 - 1tsp of salt
豆寇粉少許 - a small pinch of ground nutmeg
