羊肩肉400克 - 400g of lamb shoulder cubes
羊肝150克 - 150g of lamb liver
羊肉清湯400毫升 - 400ml of lamb stock
迷迭香1條 - 1 sprig of rosemary
麝香草2條 - 2 sprigs of thyme
蒜1個 - 1 clove of garlic
洋蔥1個 - 1 onion
胡蘿蔔1條 - 1 carrot
馬鈴薯2個 - 2 potatoes
鹽 - salt
白胡椒粉 - white pepper
牛油 - butter
生粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of cornstarch
英式黑醋1茶匙 - 1tsp of worcestershire sauce
