On our recent trip to Hatteras Island, we went to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum to learn more. This video overview of the museum provides a brief history of the dangerous waters of the Atlantic along the east coast of North Carolina. We discuss the weather, the wars, and even the pirates that have caused difficulty for sailors for centuries.
