RESIDENCY MATCH: love letters, making your rank lists and my match week experience

Описание: As a graduating [4th year] medical student, should you send a "love letter" or letter of intent to your #1 ranked residency program? Should you send letters to multiple programs professing their top position on your list? These are some of the questions I've frequently received from students and I wanted to share my personal approach and some advice in the area.
